-Exclusive Rentals and Special Events-
Exclusive Rentals:
Rosemont Manor is available exclusively for any event. A non-refundable deposit of
50% is required to guarantee the reservation. The balance is due upon completion of the
event.  This is considered a “whole-house” rental and breakfast is not
provided to overnight guests. Accommodations are limited to 14 at the present time.
Catered or personal use of the kitchen is permitted along with all appliances, utensils,
cookware, serving equipment, and dinnerware for any event.  

All groups anticipating use of the pool
must obtain a certified lifeguard for the
safety of their guests. A list of local certified lifeguards will be provided upon request.

Two portable bars and supplies are present for use on both verandas.  Although alcohol is
permitted and professional bar tending by house staff is required,
Rosemont Manor is
not responsible for its consequences and reserves the right to refuse serving those who
are intoxicated or cannot provide proper legal identification.

Management is responsible for the set-up of tables and chairs.  A personal representative
of
Rosemont Manor remains on the premises and available for your assistance.
HOURLY RENTAL - Does NOT include food, beverages,
dinnerware, linens, bar/supplies, punch fountain, or clean-up

These rental fees apply to non-wedding reception events

Conference Room ONLY - $50.00 per hour
(minimum two hours with $50.00 clean-up security deposit)

Conference Room with Lower and Upper Level Verandas - $100.00 per hour
(minimum four hours with $100.00 clean-up security deposit)

REQUIRED:  50% of total rental costs to reserve date
