Weddings year-round can accommodate up to 60 indoors and seasonally up to 150 using
the verandas, as well as indoors, and immediate grounds.  Weddings for over 150 guests
may rent a tent and furnishings to be used on the front lawn.
Afternoon Wedding

Arrive at 2 pm for a mid-afternoon ceremony and reception lasting until 11 pm.  The lower level is reserved
for groups of 75 or less while the upper porch can be arranged for an additional 75.  A room is provided for
the bridal party to prepare for the event.  Over-night accommodations are not included in this package.  A
non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the reservation.

All Wedding Package prices include the services of a professional wedding planner.

breakfast is not provided to overnight guests.  Accommodations are limited to 14 at the present time.

Weekend Extravaganza (our most popular package)

Uniquely, Rosemont Manor can be rented exclusively from noon Friday to noon Sunday for weddings.
This encompasses your Rehearsal Dinner location, outdoor/indoor Ceremony service, Reception
venue, and your Honeymoon Night.  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to guarantee the
reservation. This is considered a “whole-house” rental and breakfast is not provided to overnight guests.
Overnight accommodations are limited to 14.

Your family and bridal party arrive and remain here to plan your important day. No “cookie-cutter”
weddings here. This is your wedding.  A limited number of props and decorations help to make your
special day unique to you - as it should be.

There is no set time for your ceremony to begin. If Mother Nature does not seem cooperative, an
alternative location could be anywhere in the inn.  Tents are available at an additional charge.
